By The Bi (Book Thoughts: Coffee, Pop, and Bisexuality, Nicole McCormick)

25586206“Coffee, Pop, And Bisexuality” is exactly what it sounds like: a light frothy short romantic story about two souls finding each other. they meet accidentally at a coffee shop (We found out later it isn’t as accidental) and Douglas, egged on by her daughter, realizes he may be attracted to a man, even if he has dated women all his life, though he does say he had been with men when he was in college, calling it “experimental” phase. (I’d be curious what caused the self-loathing ) But the reader is smart enough to know that these two are destined to be together, as we go with them on their first date. This is a harmless book, but it really doesn’t make a big impact, to be honest.
