A while back, I was trying to explore the Parle Moi de Parfum line and got some samples. I was rummaging through my samples stash and saw ‘Woody Perfecto,’ and I thought this would probably be a good one to wear to the office.
And it was – it is inoffensive, and has good quality, sillage that doesn’t intrude. But dear lord, I couldn’t imagine a niche brand putting out something so common, so generic. The vetiver-leather accord is cool if you are a department store brand and while I can tell this has good quality, this smells like something you would find at a designer brand counter. If you gave me a blindfold test, I would probably not be able to separate this from Versace Other of Armani something. This is not dreadful by any means, but oh so disappointing.
