Pat Becker and The Rex Bell Trio released their third album ‘Feel the Love.’ and I am so out of the game I have never heard of them. I can’t find much info about Becker but she has a nice voice that’s kind of older. Her arrangements skew pop-ish and I guess I have to credit her for singing ‘Smooth Operator’ devoid of any soul. This is mostly forgettable to be honest but I am sure there’s an audience out there for this.
