The Heart Beats for Jacob (Movie Thoughts: 2 Hearts)

I am not going to fool you with any other words – what drew me to ‘2 Hearts’ is Jacob Elordi and Jacob Elordi only. I mean, how bad can something be if he stars in it. At the very least, I will have some gorgeous eye candy to look at, so all in all, it is not going to be time not worth spending, as far as I am concerned. And I won’t lie, he is gorgeous to look at here – a man in his prime. And I won’t lie, he helped in digesting the story – everything went down smoothly and I just got lost in the narrative. The story is not the most original thing in the world, and there are serious holes in it, but it doesn’t matter. I found myself following, and getting touched by it. I was entertained by the film. It’s treacly and I probably woke up in the morning with guilt, but as it was happening, I was enjoying. No regrets.
